Our processing of personal data of our users is limited to those data that are necessary for the provision of a functional website and our content and services. The processing of personal data of our users is only carried out for the purposes listed below and if a legal basis (such as revDSG or DSGVO) exists. Only such personal data is collected that is actually required for the implementation and processing of our tasks and services or that you have voluntarily provided to us.

II.  Description and scope of data processing


1. Provision of the website

Visitor and usage data

Each time our website is called up, our system automatically collects data and information from the computer system of the calling computer. The following data is collected:

  • Information about the browser type and the version used
  • The user's operating system and the version used
  • The user's Internet service provider
  • The IP address of the user
  • Date and time of access
  • Internet pages from which the user's system accesses our website

We store this information for a maximum period of 12 months. The storage is done for data security reasons to ensure the stability and operational reliability of our system.

Web analytics

We analyze the use of our website with the web analysis tool Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc, (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA94043, USA; "Google"). The terms of use and data protection can be found at www.google.com/analytics/terms/gb.html or at https://policies.google.com/terms.

This is solely for the purpose of optimizing the website in terms of user-friendliness and providing useful information about our services. A combination of this data with other personal data sources or disclosure to third parties does not take place.

The legal basis for the temporary storage of the data and the log files is Art. 6 para. 1lit. f DSGVO or Art. 31, para. 2 lit d or e revDSG.

No personal analysis takes place. The analyses are based on anonymized data records.

The data sent by us and linked to cookies, user IDs (e.g. user ID) or advertising IDs are automatically deleted after 14 months. The deletion of data whose retention period has been reached takes place automatically once a month.

Google Analytics uses "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. In the event that IP anonymization is activated on this website, however, your IP address will be truncated beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other data from Google. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. Our legitimate interest in data processing also lies in these purposes. We have turned off the "Data Sharing" and "Signals" settings. Although we can assume that the information we share with Google is not personal data for Google, it is possible that Google can draw conclusions about the identity of visitors from this data for its own purposes, create personal profiles and link this data to the Google accounts of these individuals. Insofar as you have registered with the service provider yourself, the service provider also knows you. The processing of your personal data by the service provider then takes place under the responsibility of the service provider in accordance with its data protection provisions. The service provider only informs us how our respective website is used (no information about you personally).

2. Cookies

We use cookies on our website to make our offer user-friendly. If there is no longer a need for further processing of your data, we will delete your personal data after your request has been dealt with.

4. Third party services

Google Fonts
We use  Google Fonts, an offer of the American Google LLC (hereinafter "Google"), in order to be able to integrate selected fonts into the website (Art. 6 para. 1 let. f DSGVO respectively Art. 31, para. 2 lit d or e revDSG). Google is certified under both the EU-American and the Swiss-American Privacy Shield and thus ensures adequate data protection. III. Data safety

We use the common transport encryption (SSL/TLS) in connection with the highest encryption level supported by your browser when visiting our website. You can see whether an individual page of our website is transmitted in encrypted form by the closed display of the key or lock symbol in the address bar of your browser.

In addition, we use other appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or complete loss, destruction or against unauthorized access by third parties. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments.

IV. Your rights (data subject rights)

You have the right to request information about your personal data processed by us. In particular, you can request information about the processing purposes, the categories of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data has been or will be disclosed, the planned storage period, the existence of a right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or objection, data transfer, the origin of your data if it was not collected by us, and the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling.

You also have the right to revoke any consent you may have given for the use of your personal data at any time.

If you are of the opinion that the processing of your personal data by us is in conflict with the applicable data protection provisions, you have the possibility to complain to the Eidgenössischen Datenschutz- und Öffentlichkeitsbeauftragter (EDÖB).
